Feature Tracking System
If you would like new functionality added to the KiXforms library, then please raise a request with the developer by using our custom Feature Tracking System. Please double check that the feature does not already exist before raising the request.
| When submitting a new feature, your request will be initially assigned a 'Pending' status until it can be assessed. As a request is processed, the status will change frequently and explanatory Admin Notes may be added. All reasonable requests will be carefully considered for inclusion in KiXforms, however it is inevitable that some will be declined and on these occasions the Admin Notes will explain the reason. Finally, please note that to counteract system abuse, the I.P. address of all submissions are recorded. Plus for obvious reasons, only Administrators of the system can edit or delete submitted features and comments. |

Bug Tracking System
If you think you may have found a bug in the KiXforms library, then please report it to the developer by using our custom Bug Tracking System. Please double check your code before submitting a report and try to include as much detail as possible.
| When submitting a new bug, you will need to include accurate environment information such as KiXtart version, KiXforms version and client O.S. Your bug will be initially assigned a 'Pending' status until it can be verified. When a bug is submitted, it is also e-mailed directly to the developer and the webmaster, so please rest assured that we are aware of your issue. As a bug is processed, the status will change frequently and explanatory Admin Notes may be added, therefore feel free to check back regularly on our progress. Finally, please note that to counteract system abuse, the I.P. address of all submissions are recorded. Plus for obvious reasons, only Administrators of the system can edit or delete submitted bugs and comments. |
